What secrets does Harry's captor harbour? What happens when the desire to punish is replaced with the need to protect? Will they both survive? How?
    Note: This was written as a challenge for the Inappropriate Content - The Strikethrough '07 Ficathon at [info]forbiddenfic. Prompts were: "Stains - Scars - Chains" and "serious Harry wuppage." We went hardcore here in rebellion against the censors. And while the first chapter was written as a stand alone, we have enjoyed writing it so much we kept writing.
